German Leatex GmbH (GL) - located on the western edge of Berlin - was founded in 2010 by Salman Azhar – a well-experienced specialist in textile and by Kai-Uwe Matthaes a well-experienced specialist in engineering and finance. Over the years and out of this bundled experience the GL-crew specialized on the import of textile and finished textile products for the European market and also deals in supplying spare parts and equipment to our suppliers mostly in Asia.

GL with a unique broad network in Asia and Europe bridges the distance and trades textile goods, machineries, spare-parts but also helps our customers developing new textile articles and additionally offers logistic- and consulting- services.
